Payment Policy

A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will only be charged once your visit has been completed.

Virtual & Additional Availability

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or missed appointments, will be charged the full visit fee to the credit card on file.

Intake & Consent Forms

To ensure your visit is as productive as possible, please complete and sign your intake and consent forms prior to your appointment. This allows your practitioner to thoughtfully review your health history and concerns in advance. Forms not submitted beforehand will need to be completed at the time of your visit, which may reduce your session time.
